We are playing a number of Glasgow shows in support of our new EP, The Eighteenth Emergency. Friday 6 April 2007 – The RAFA Club, 27 Ashley Street, Glasgow G3. A Good Friday show with tea and hot crossed buns at our favourite Glasgow venue… entry is £4 and all proceeds go to support the RAFA Club. Doors are at 9pm and we hope to show a short film as support, with SpitFire DJs playing until 1am for dancing after our set. Wednesday 11 April 2007 – The Raynor Lounge, Sheffield University Union Building, Glossop Road, Sheffield S10. With Monkey Swallows The Universe and Chris and Gill from Offbeat DJing after the bands. All being well, we'll play in London again in April - we hope you can make it! *** We are very pleased to say that we will be making our London debut at The Windmill in Brixton on Friday 9 February 2007. You can buy tickets here. *** We are delighted to confirm that our debut album will be released on the How Does It Feel To Be Loved? label on Monday 5 March 2007. The album will be distributed by Cargo in the UK, and will be released through Darla in the US later in the year. Basil and Sophie made a wee film for the song and you can see it here. *** We are very proud to say that we will be playing at Glasgow's wonderful Britannia Panopticon Music Hall on Saturday 2 December 2006. The Panopticon is at 113-117 Trongate, and doors are at 7:30pm. We hope to show a short film before our performance. As the Panopticon is not licensed there will be no alcohol for sale but tea, coffee and muffins will be available. Entry is by donation - all proceeds go to the Panopticon Restoration Fund.
